Roshan James (she/her) is a mom, wife, poet, and marketing professional, living in a small, rural town north-west of Waterloo, Ontario. Roshan finds inspiration in science, philosophy, art, music, prayer and meditation, the natural world, and the simplest of interactions from everyday life. She looks for ways to connect all of this with themes of love, hope, time, purpose and existence—transposing the minutiae into messages of mindfulness and healing. Roshan studied at Queen’s University as well as the Centre for Medieval Studies at the University of Toronto, and she holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from York University, summa cum laude.
